Kashmir valley, known as heaven on earth is situated in the Northern Hills of India. Known for its beautiful houseboats and shikaras on Dal Lake, natives are still living the old way. Modern living has not entered the valley.
The origins of the food served at the Kashmir Restaurant is from the North of India, prepared and presented the Kashmiri way.
